RETURNS

1. If the product does not meet your expectations, please feel free to contact us by sending a message to: Biuro@cacane.pl

2. Kindly note that you can return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery without any reason.

3. We refund the shipping cost of the cheapest shipping offered by us, the return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

4. These rules do not apply to custom-made products, in their case it is not possible to return or exchange them.
